Wenden Sie Ihre umfangreichen Kenntnisse in unterschiedlichen Betriebssystemen wie Microsoft Windows, Macintosh (Mac) oder Citrix an und unterstützen Sie unser Team! Sie arbeiten in Vollzeit in Düsseldorf. Bewerben Sie sich als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) IT Support.

Aufgaben

  • Über Anrufe und E-Mails Support Anfragen annehmen und Tickets erstellen
  • Selbstständiges Lösen und Tracking der Tickets
  • Klassifizierung von Tickets von 1st bis 3rd Level Support
  • Bearbeitung von Nachfragen bzgl. der Tickets
  • Einfache Entsperrungen und Passwort Rücksetzungen
