Starten Sie bei uns durch als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) 1st Level Support. Seien Sie hilfsbereit und unterstützen Sie unser Support Team in der IT Branche. Leisten Sie Ihren Beitrag für die Sicherstellung einer reibungslos laufenden IT Abteilung. Ihr Einsatz ist in Vollzeit geplant – in Düsseldorf. Bewerben Sie sich als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) 1st Level Support.

Aufgaben

  • Annahme von Störungen, Support und Hilfe Anfragen im IT-Bereich per Telefon oder Remote
  • Lösung der Anfragen im 1st Level-Bereich, einfache Hardware und Softwareprobleme
  • Weitergabe von Anfragen, die im 2nd oder 3rd Level Support liegen – eröffnen von neuen Tickets
  • Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der Anfragen und Lösungen
