Zum schnellstmöglichen Start suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im IT Support in Düsseldorf. Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit ist der Support für Betriebssysteme Mac, Microsoft Windows oder Citrix. Aufgaben

  • Über Anrufe und E-Mails Support Tickets erstellen
  • Klassifizierung von Tickets von 1st bis 3rd Level Support
  • Selbstständiges Lösen und Tracking der Tickets
  • Bearbeitung von Nachfragen bzgl. der Tickets
  • Einfache Entsperrungen und Passwort Rücksetzungen
