Beschreibung

Sie koordinieren und begleiten die Durchführung technischer Dienstleistungen bei Bestandskunden aus unterschiedlichen Industriezweigen. Zum Angebotsspektrum gehören u.a. Maschinenreinigungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten. Für Ihre Kunden sind Sie Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragestellungen ebenso wie bei der Planung der Einsätze.

Aufgaben

  • Persönliche Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms
  • Organisation und Koordination verschiedener Dienstleistungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Abnahme der erbrachten Arbeitsleistung
  • Materialplanung und –disposition
  • Einsatzplanerstellung und Anleitung der Servicekräfte
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeit z. B. Erstellung von Besuchsberichten
