Die Eckelmann Gruppe sucht einen Kundenberater (w/m/d) Customer Service. Du passt gut zu uns, wenn Dich die Kombination von Kundenkontakt und technischen Fragen im Service reizt; eine vielseitige Tätigkeit mit Potenzial und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.

Aufgaben

  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner in der Kommunikation für unsere Kunden bei Service, Reklamation und Vertrieb, dokumentierst jegliche Kommunikation in unseren Systemen unter Berücksichigung von Service-Level-Agreements
  • Du kümmerst Dich um schnelle Lösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Du gewährleistest erstklassige Kundenberatung und -betreuung telefonisch, per Mail, Chat oder anderen Kanälen
  • Du arbeitest in dieser Position eng mit den Bereichen Retoure, Technical Support, Qualitätssicherung, Technik und Vertreib zusammen
