Description

Your day to day duties will include the support in the creation of aggregated status and risk reporting across all global projects within the company.

Tasks

  • Support in the creation of aggregated status and risk reporting across all global projects within the company
  • Definition, visualization and implementation of process-definitions
  • Support the team to ensure the portfolio register is always maintained and up to date
  • Partly taking over ownership within defined projects
  • Preparation of reviews and retrospectives as well as ensuring that subsequent action items are followed-up with
  • Support in documentation preparation and keep those up to date
  • Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program
