Wir suchen Sie als Tourenbetreuer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Effiziente Planung und Optimierung von Zustell- und Abholtouren unter Berücksichtigung der DPD-Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der Ausfahrtskontrolle und der qualifizierten Tourenbegleitung
  • Monitoring und Steuerung der termingerechten Abholung und Zustellung von Sendungen
  • Betreuung und Coaching der Servicefahrer und Systempartner im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherung der Leistungsstandards mit Hilfe von Reports zu Qualitäts- und Produktivitätskennzahlen sowie Einleiten von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
