Wir suchen Sie als Volljurist M&A and Commercial Law (m/w/d) für die Standorte Greifswald oder Berlin.

Aufgaben

  • Ihre Arbeit hat zwei Schwerpunkte:
  • Sie begleiten unsere internationalen M&A Transaktionen und
  • Begleiten den Due Dilligence Prozess
  • Verhandeln die Transaktionsdokumentation und
  • Unterstützen bei der Umsetzung
  • Sie sind zugleich Generalist und
  • Entwerfen, verhandeln und kommentieren Verträge verschiedenster Art aus den Bereichen Einkauf, Vertrieb, Qualitätssicherung, Pharmakovigilanz und Finanzierung
  • Erstellen und pflegen Mustervertragsdokumentationen
  • Verfassen rechtliche Stellungnahmen
  • Beraten als Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams Ihre Kollegen und die Geschäftsführung in allen sonstigen rechtlichen Fragen
