Wir suchen Sie als (Senior) Internal Auditor - Innenrevision (m/w/d) für die Standorte Greifswald oder Berlin.

Aufgaben

  • Als erfahrener Revisor konzipieren Sie eigenständig und im Team prozess- und risikoorientierte Prüfungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der CHEPLAPHARM durch
  • Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung, Planung, Durchführung, Berichterstattung und Nachverfolgung von Prüfungen der Organisation, des internen Kontrollsystems sowie des Risikomanagementsystems
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Analyse und Bewertung von Prozessen in Betriebsabläufen und Identifizierung von Schwachstellen mit sowie an deren Auswirkungen auf Finanzen, Richtlinien und die betriebliche Effizienz
  • Sie erstellen Prüfberichte und übernehmen das Monitoring von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
  • Sie entwickeln Optimierungspotentiale mit den Fachbereichen und arbeiten proaktiv an der Behebung von Schwachstellen und der Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen mit
  • Sie dokumentieren Prüfungsergebnisse und erstellen aussagekräftige Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Als unabhängiger Berater der Fachbereiche tragen Sie mit Ihrer Expertise zur Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems bei
  • Sie arbeiten an der Erstellung von risikoorientierten, langfristigen Prüfungsplänen sowie an der Optimierung und der strategischen Positionierung der Funktion Internal Audit und übernehmen fachbezogene Sonderprojekte
