Wir suchen einen Manager (m/w/d) Tax & Legal.

Aufgaben

  • Sie prüfen Verträge auf steuerliche Besonderheiten
  • Sie sind Schnittstelle zu unserer Financeabteilung sowie Ansprechpartner für Steuerrechtliche Besonderheiten
  • Sie sind bei dem Prozess der Vertragsgestaltung steuerlich sowie rechtlich eingebunden. Sie leiten daraus Konsequenzen für Finanzbuchhaltung her und prüfen diese steuerlich
  • Sie hinterfragen steuerliche sowie rechtliche Probleme hinter unseren Verträgen
  • Sie arbeiten mögliche nationale und internationale Risiken, Chancen sowie Strategien im steuerrechtlichen Umfeld heraus und leiten daraus Empfehlungen für unsere Finanzabteilung ab
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Tax Managern setzen Sie sich mit Prozessen auseinander und optimieren diese für die Zukunft
