Wir suchen Sie als Internal Control System and Risk Management Coordinator (m/w/d) für die Standorte Berlin und Greifswald.

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen bei der Einführung eines Internal Control Systems
  • Sie analysieren und entwickeln bestehende und einzuführende Prozesse weiter, um den Reifegrad des Internal Control Systems und das Risikomanagementsystem stetig zu verbessern und Kontrolldefizite zu minimieren
  • Sie identifizieren und definieren Risiken, Kontrollen und Kontrollziele
  • Sie planen und führen Kontrolltests durch, um die tatsächliche Risiko- und Kontrollsituation in der 1st Line zu beurteilen
  • Sie werden proaktiv mit den anderen Fachabteilungen arbeiten und regelmäßige Schulungen in Bezug auf die Funktionsweise des Internal Control Systems durchführen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings zum Stand des Internen Control Systems und Risk Managements an die Stakeholder
