Description

Chemovator is the business incubator of BASF. We provide a protected space to build commercial ventures from unconventional ideas. Our Venture Teams take full ownership of their idea, creatively explore their business, learn fast and pivot beyond corporate boundaries. We are looking for a motivated and highly self-driven expert to take full ownership for all our HR-topics. Are you the right one to move Chemovator further together with us?

Tasks

  • You are the first contact for HR related topics and you will lead on and provide guidance to the Head of Chemovator
  • You guide onboarding and offboarding of Venture Team Members into Chemovator
  • You establish and further develop HR processes that enable our Venture Teams to be flexible, focused and effective
  • You support Venture Teams in acting self-guided in HR topics within their Venture
  • You act as office manager and admin support for Chemovator and Venture Teams and you closely collaborate with and handover to the other Incubation Operations Managers to always ensure proper operations of Chemovator
