Dafür suchen wir in unserem Schulungs- und Ausstellungs­zentrum Haus Beck Unterstützung für unsere „baumann academy“ als Werkstudent Digitales Lernen / Mediengestaltung und Kommunikation (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation von Schulungen für unsere Handelspartner
  • Aktive Durchführung von Produkt- und Designschulungen (Schwerpunkt digitales Lernen)
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Trainingskonzepte
  • Digitalisierung vorhandener Lerninhalte (Medienproduktion)
  • Trendforschung für die Weiter­entwicklung unserer Lernmethoden
