Aufgaben

Sie leiten unser SAP Consultingteam „Technisches Immobilienmanagement (TIM) & Digitale Lösungen“
Für ihr Team werden Sie Coach und Motivator. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung und Expertise coachen Sie das Team als fachlicher Sparringspartner und Vertrauensperson
Sie erkennen die Stärken und Schwächen Ihrer Mitarbeiter und stellen so die Personalentwicklung sowie Fortbildung der Mitarbeiter sicher
Sie koordinieren die Aufgaben der Teammitglieder, steuern deren Arbeitsergebnisse und tragen die Verantwortung für den Erfolg ihres Teams
Als Kommunikator unterstützen Sie den Informationsaustausch/-fluss sowohl innerhalb des Teams als auch team- und bereichsübergreifend als Teil eines innovativen Führungsteams im SAP Competence Centers
Sie koordinieren immobilienwirtschaftliche IT-Projekte und stellen den zielführenden und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Projekte sicher, dabei haben Sie die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden jederzeit im Blick
Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren digitalen Solution Managern zusammen, um eine effiziente Implementierung für digitale Neuentwicklungen sicher zu stellen
