Description

As Manager (m/f/div) Analytical Development Projects you are responsible for management and coordination of all analytical development.

Tasks

Management and coordination of all analytical development and transfer activities of assigned internal and customer development projects
Responsible for managing all parts of an analytical development project, incl. responsibility for project completion on time and in budget, full compliance with regulatory and GMP-requirements and issuance of all necessary development, transfer and validation protocols and reports
Execution of cost calculations, resource and schedule estimates for new internal and external project requests
Responsible departmental contact for external customer representatives, project managers of the Innovation Management department, colleagues from other departments and internal or external analytical service providers and departmental project-related representative in inspections by local and international regulatory authorities and in customer audits
Participation in the preparation of cross-departmental documents (such as analytical part of the ASMF, product specifications, project final reports, etc.)
Responsible for the systematic collection, evaluation and documentation of all occupational safety risks related to the project activities and responsible for the proactive design, implementation and maintenance of corresponding protective or risk-reducing measures
Assisting the laboratory managers of the department, and especially the management of the in-process-control laboratory, in establishing new analytical methods before initial production / pilot production campaigns
Coordinate, ensure and execute timely analytical processing and release of raw materials and intermediates for initial production / pilot production campaigns and ensure timely analytical release testing of final products from these campaigns
